 Using public records, land records, government databases, and advanced skip-tracing tools, we identify the legal owner or heirs entitled to surplus funds. We then reach out to inform them of their rightful claim to these funds. 

Step 4:  CONSULTATION

Following a free consultation, in which we will fully outline and explain the process, you’ll sign an agreement authorizing SurplusTrak to pursue the claim on your behalf—at no upfront cost to you.

Step 5:  FILING & LEGAL

Once signed, we take care of everything. Our attorneys will draft and file the necessary notices and motions, coordinate with any other involved parties, and schedule a hearing before a judge, our intended outcome is to collect and deliver the funds to you!

Step 6:  APROVAL & PAYMENT
Once the judge or the county official approves the claims and issues the order to release the funds, we’ll promptly send your funds in your proffered method of payments, either through ACH wire transfer or overnight check.
